About the Role

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Services Manager to lead our team at the Pt Lincoln Airport site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused organization, delivering high-quality security services across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with contracted security services
  • Lead and develop a small team, providing timely feedback and recognition
  • Assist in managing cost-effective rostering and resourcing strategies
  • Drive engagement in HSE activities, understanding environmental and safety impacts
  • Role model and promote a positive culture, encouraging employee engagement and motivation

Requirements:

  • Certificate II in TSP or equivalent
  • Leadership and Management qualifications
  • Experience in leading a team
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems
