Organisational Design Lead Role

As a highly skilled organisational design lead, you will be responsible for spearheading workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful outcomes that drive value and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading client projects: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Supporting clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
  • Contributing to business development: Identify opportunities for growth and support clients in achieving their goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical skills: Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design methodologies.
  • Client focus: Proactive in understanding and responding to client needs.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Ability to ask better questions, listen actively and convey ideas effectively. Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder networks and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning and collaboration: Proactive in personal development and open to coaching and feedback. Fosters communication and accountability in teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify issues and provide recommendations.
  • Talent development and team coaching: Proven track record of building team capability by mentoring, delegating and fostering a high-performance culture.
