About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to join our growing team at Bunnings Group.

The Service Designer will play a key role in designing experiences that deliver a seamless and cohesive customer experience across our channels.

As a Service Designer, you will work closely with our Service Design team to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Delivery, Analytics, and other key business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design world-class service experiences that span across our channels, from digital to physical environments.
  • Bring new service propositions to life, from initial concept to delivery.
  • Co-create and co-design with various teams, facilitating sessions and guiding groups to desired outcomes.
  • Immerse yourself in customer lives through research techniques.
  • Use MVP and DVF thinking to find solutions that benefit both customers and the organization.
  • Guide conversations through data-driven insights and establish advocacy for the customer.
Requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience bringing new service propositions to life, from concept to delivery.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with experience in workshop facilitation.
  • Visual design skills to express complex ideas and concepts.
  • Strategic thinking to align service design efforts with broader business goals.
  • A flexible mindset to navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Able to plan and execute customer research approaches.
  • Comfortable gathering and making sense of qualitative and quantitative data.
