Job Summary

As a Delivery Services Officer at DHL, you'll focus on customer service, delivering products within designated areas, and utilizing previous experience in this field. You'll need a current C-Class license and ability to drive a manual vehicle. Experience with route planning, face-to-face customer service, and accurate recording of information is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete multi-drop deliveries
  • Load vehicles
  • Plan routes
  • Provide customer service, including answering inquiries
  • Securely deliver items within specified time frames
  • Have knowledge of the Melbourne Metro area
  • Follow procedures for locking and inspecting vehicles
  • Adhere to stringent security requirements
  • Record deliveries using a computer
Requirements
  • Prior experience with multi-drop deliveries is essential
  • Current C-Class license with ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • Proven experience with route planning
  • Experience with face-to-face customer service
  • Clear communication skills
  • Able to accurately record information, including experience using handheld technology
  • Willing to undergo a security clearance as part of the recruitment process
  • Ability to provide a recent driving record
