About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and current promotions
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure accurate meal preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A current NSW RSA certificate
