PubMatic is seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand its presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand PubMatic's presence in the ANZ market.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency holding companies, brands, and demand-side platforms.
  4. Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate existing accounts.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 6-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  2. Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency holding companies, brands, and demand-side platforms.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sales strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Able to analyze sales performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
