Media Sales and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial Team at Stars Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, expanding our reach and influence within our two-sided marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, including brands and retailers, tailored to their specific business models and market segments.
- Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration into the Stars Restaurant platform.
- Establish strong, ongoing relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with Stars Restaurant.
- Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with Stars Restaurant's values and vision.
- Focus on expanding our network with high-quality partners in key categories.
- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage potential suppliers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of joining the Stars Restaurant platform.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Position Stars Restaurant as the go-to platform for reaching a highly targeted and engaged audience.
- Proven Experience in Advertising and Media: Over 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
- Proven Experience in Business Development:
- Minimum of 10 years in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills:
- Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges, to better align strategies with potential suppliers' realities.
- Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
- Competitive Base Salary $140 - $160 Base Salary + Super10% Uncapped commission on all sales - great earning potential.
