Claims Case Specialist Role

The primary goal of this position is to effectively manage claims cases while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and relevant business rules. This includes ensuring timely completion of claim work items, identifying potential SLA risks, and implementing corrective actions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of claims cases accurately, aligning with SLAs and compliance regulations such as the SIS Act and super code.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks, conducting end-to-end claim reviews to guarantee proficient and accurate case management within the team.
  • Address complex inquiries internally and externally, providing solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
