High-Level Claims Specialist

This role requires high-level expertise and strategic claim management across various financial lines classes of business.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Director & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity, and other related areas to provide expert advice and guidance.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Proven experience in handling complex claims with a focus on client advocacy and relationship building.
- A strong technical background in insurance and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 3-5 years of insurance claims experience, preferably in financial lines.
- A Law Degree or relevant qualification, along with experience in the legal environment or industry associations like ANZIIF.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret policy coverage and negotiate with insurers.
