Job Role: Mergers And Acquisitions SpecialistAbout The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Group M&A team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end M&A transactions from origination through to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation work, including developing complex financial models to assess strategic and financial benefits and risks associated with various M&A opportunities.
  • Draft high-quality presentations and papers for senior stakeholders, committees, and boards within the organization.
  • Work closely with business unit partners to understand individual strategies and identify opportunities that align with those goals.
  • Independently manage specific workstreams within M&A transactions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners, such as investment banking advisors, to leverage expertise and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in M&A, corporate development, or equivalent deal-making and executing experience.
  • Prior experience in M&A, corporate finance/development, and a proven ability to assess and manage competing priorities.
