We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Governance Professional to lead the development of our governance framework and methodology. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the redevelopment of our governance framework and methodology with a risk-based approach. This includes refining and overseeing the change request process and controls, reviewing and maintaining governance standards, templates, and artefacts for consistency and alignment. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops to co-design and revise delivery framework components, conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables and outputs, and support continuous improvement of governance processes, tools, and templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience leading the uplift of EPMO/Central PMO frameworks is essential.
  • A proven track record in EPMO or PMO roles with a strong understanding of governance and assurance is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement risk-based governance frameworks is crucial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards are necessary.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running is essential.
  • Familiarity with Clarizen, Confluence (Oscar), MSP, PMBOK, and P3O frameworks is beneficial.
What We Offer

This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start date. The successful candidate will be located in Sydney and required to work in the office in Parramatta 50% of the time.
