Enterprise Architecture Governance Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Governance professional to spearhead the evolution of our architecture governance framework.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, strong governance expertise, and experience working in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement enterprise-wide architecture governance frameworks
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to embed governance and resolve architectural conflicts
- Mentor architects and contribute to capability uplift across the enterprise architecture function
- Develop and champion architectural standards, policies, and design patterns
- Evaluate and implement tooling to support architecture governance and asset oversight
Requirements:
- Deep experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
- Strong governance expertise and a track record of implementing architecture oversight
- Technical breadth across GIS, CMDBs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and cybersecurity
- Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority across diverse teams
