Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking highly skilled technical professionals to provide expert-level support and solutions for desktop, network, and EUC issues in Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

This is a casual, on-call position with ad-hoc dispatch requirements, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle complex desktop and network problems using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Operating Systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fix services to minimize downtime.
  • Configure LAN, WAN, switches, and routers (CCNA or higher certification preferred) to optimize network infrastructure.
  • Install and administer MS Office applications to enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with desktop and network troubleshooting, with a focus on problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to install and configure OS and patches with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with WiFi and basic network concepts, including router configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in carrying standard tools and connecting to Cisco routers using console cables.
  • Excellent business English and local language skills for effective communication.
Tools and Equipment:
  • Laptop with Windows 8/10 and admin rights for efficient work.
  • Cisco console cable and necessary drivers for seamless connectivity.
  • Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card for remote access and troubleshooting.
