Senior Infrastructure Leader

The Senior Infrastructure Leader plays a pivotal role in crafting long-term infrastructure solutions that ensure performance, cost and community outcomes are achieved.

  • Lead investigations and designs that shape the region's infrastructure landscape.
  • Develop comprehensive civil design solutions including investigations, concept and detailed designs, specifications and cost estimates ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants where required to meet project milestones, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Review, approve and sign off on design drawings, technical documents and cost estimates.
  • Maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

About You:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Registered Professional Engineers accreditation.
  • Proven experience in civil design and infrastructure investigations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and report writing skills.
  • Experience engaging with contractors, consultations and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead, mentor and support technical staff.
