As a key member of our team, you will represent property management in resolving guest-related situations and manage the flow of inquiries within the lobby.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain strong working relationships with various departments to support property operations and goals
- Communicate variations to established norms to relevant departments in a timely manner
- Schedule daily MOD reports for all departments
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and emphasize guest satisfaction during departmental meetings
- Understand and adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures
- Review staffing levels to meet operational needs and financial objectives
- Analyze financial statements, sales data, and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Intervene in guest/employee situations as needed to maintain property integrity, ensure guest satisfaction, and preserve employee well-being
- Empower employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide immediate assistance to guests as requested
- Serve as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills and setting a positive example for guest relations
