Office Manager/Receptionist Role
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our production facility in Queensland. Key responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer service, managing office administration and support, and providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers;
- Manage office administration and support for various departments;
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and respond under pressure;
- Assist with facility events, tours, and visitor coordination;
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed;
- Compile office orders, reconcile invoicing, and support the onboarding process for new hires;
- Document and distribute reports as required and support management with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects;
- Experience in office management, reception or administrative roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational and time management abilities;
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond effectively under pressure;
- Ongoing training and development opportunities;
