About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Leadership and Development Coordinator to join our team in Ross Creek.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 18 hours per week, all year round. The perfect balance of work and life

You will lead a team of Educators at a primary school, managing the service before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an engaging child-centered program, full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school community, parents, and staff members.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and administration tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other services as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in an ACECQA-approved area or willing to obtain within 6 months.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in early learning or working with children (preferable but not essential).
