We are seeking a passionate and organised After School Care Program Manager to lead our team at a primary school in Ross Creek.

The successful candidate will have the ability to take initiative, work independently and communicate clearly. They will be responsible for managing a service that provides engaging child-centered programs for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
  • Help out at other services when necessary
