Leading Before and After School Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Before and After School Care Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service at Terang College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, while also building strong relationships with families and school staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the needs of children aged 5-12 years old
- Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure excellent customer service and program delivery
- Collaborate with the school community to promote the OSHC service and build partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Previous experience in the childcare or OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
