Care Coordinator for Primary School Children

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team at TeamKids. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and experiences to primary school aged children.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching programs based on the preferences of the children in your care
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Interact with parents and respond to their enquiries in a timely manner
- Engage with the school community and attend events as needed
- Play and have fun with the children in your care
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program
- You must be passionate about working with children and have loads of energy
- You should be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Prior experience working in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential
- You must have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- You should be looking for stable, permanent part-time hours (up to 25 per week)
- You must hold an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria or be studying towards one

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is located in Melbourne, Victoria.
