Job Description

As a Senior Associate, You Will Work on High-Profile Culture, Brand, and Transformation Projects with a Diverse Team of Experts.

You Will Dive Deep into Data by Analysing Quantitative and Qualitative People and Performance Metrics to Uncover Meaningful Insights and Root Causes.

Our Ideal Candidate Has a Background in Psychology, Human Resources, Brand, Communications, Business, or Data Science.

The Successful Candidate Will Have Strong Skills in Analyzing and Interpreting Both Qualitative and Quantitative Data.

They Will Be Proficient in Excel and Ideally Experienced with Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python.

Our Perfect Fit Will Design Visually Engaging, Data-Driven Presentations and Facilitate Focus Groups and Document Insights.

They Will Also Have Excellent Organisation and Time Management Skills to Juggle Multiple Projects Under Tight Deadlines.

Client/Stakeholder Engagement Experience with Energy and Strong Presenting Skills Is a Must.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field.
  • At Least 2 Years of Experience in People & Culture, Brand, or Strategy (Consulting, Agency or In-House).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Data Analysis Tools.
