- Position: Technical Sales Manager
- Type: Permanent
- Salary: £50,000 per annum
- Benefits: Company car, company phone, company laptop, pension scheme, in-house technical training.
To increase company turnover and maintain agreed profit margins through sales to existing customers, conducting market analyses and develop new business opportunities.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Analysing costs and sales.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client s needs.
About YouThe successful candidate will hold a Mechanical Engineering qualification to HNC/Degree level, or time served apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience selling into a manufacturing environment, including cement, quarry, heat treatment and injection moulding.
The successful candidate will have experience with all aspects of Microsoft 365.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of fluid dynamics and how filtration technology can be applied in industrial applications, experience in oil analysis and machine condition analysis.
Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the UK and internationally.
Structured, analytical, and strong problem-solving abilities.
