About the Role

The eCommerce Specialist is a highly organised and proactive team member who supports the smooth and effective execution of all activities across .com platforms. Working closely with the ANZ eCommerce team and cross-functional partners – including IT, Digital Product, Site Merchandising, Platform Testing, SEO, and Category teams – you'll help deliver a best-in-class customer journey.

Key responsibilities include supporting product and promotional launches, managing content updates, optimising user journeys, and contributing to site enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Merchandising

  • Execute product launches, promotional activities, and content updates that drive sales and conversion.
  • Ensure accuracy of creative assets, linking, promotions, and product attribution.
  • Manage creative assets across Homepage, Category, and Promotional pages.
  • Support analytics and tracking implementation.

Site Maintenance & Optimisation

  • Support UX and conversion rate optimisation, including A/B testing.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of new features and platform improvements, including testing and release processes.
  • Enhance site health projects such as accessibility, SEO hygiene, and site search optimisation.
  • Translate technical updates into clear documentation and actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues.

Other Responsibilities

  • Take on new activities that align with the role's purpose.
  • Think creatively to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem-solve and deliver innovative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in site merchandising, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
  • Experience using Magento or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage technical detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for digital and eCommerce.
