**About the Role**:
The eCommerce specialist is a business critical role, responsible for building Ecommerce strategies and managing and optimising the ecommerce site with a major focus on improving our clients efficiency, performance and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the management and ownership of our website and related ecomm tech stack including Shopify, Algolia, and bespoke ecomm systems
- Maintaining our site so that we always provide current information about our brand, products, promotions, policies and shipping.
- Working with Growth Manager to optimise and enhance website conversion rates and average order value through pop-ups, offers and site speed improvements.
- Manage contentsquare site analytics to improve funnel performance
- Optimise split testing for website page designs, including landing pages, product pages and general conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Optimise the D2C purchasing experience to improve our customer experience through various tools such as order confirmation and shipping/delivery communication.
- Upload new products and bundles to the website.
- Monitor and analyse website performance through Google analytics.
- Project manage website design changes and other optimisation projects with internal and external teams.
- Assist on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) projects.

**Key Skills Required**:

- At least 3+ years eCommerce experience managing websites on Shopify or similar platforms
- You live and breathe ecomm and you are able to manage anything and
everything including product launches, promotions, launching new sites, landing pages, app integrations, pricing and product availability
- You've had a similar hands on role where you juggled the day to day tasks whilst troubleshooting and managing optimisation projects
- You're highly analytical and you know how to use tech to solve business challenges
- You've got the right attitude - your drive, resilience, energy and enthusiasm are contagious
- You are a 'team player' who is not afraid to be hands on and take ownership but also enjoys working collaboratively with others - as well as have a fun along the way
