Job Title: Guest Service Agent

At Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient check-in and check-out services to guests.
  • Respond to guest calls and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize the hotel PMS to accurately process and input all reservation types.
  • Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates.
  • Ensure guest confidentiality and follow procedures and processes in regards to credit and cash transactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OPERA or other PMS systems.
  • Previous experience in a reservations role (preferred but not required).
  • P2 Provisional driver's licence (preferred but not required).
