About the Role

Partner with healthcare services to deliver workforce profiling, budgeting, and strategic insights.

The ideal candidate will have a background in health, finance, business, or HR within a hospital or healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Budget analysis: Analyse and forecast staffing expenditure across departments and programs.
  • Workforce profiling & scenario modelling: Build staffing models based on activity, service levels, and budget constraints.
  • Education & training: Deliver workshops, onboarding, and super user training.
  • Client support: Provide frontline support, coaching, and triage for queries.
  • Software implementation: Support configuration, data validation, and rollouts.
  • Reporting & dashboards: Develop executive-ready reports and visualizations for managers and boards.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Detail orientation in documentation, testing, and process design.

Degree or certifications in Health Care, Business, Finance, or HR are advantageous but not essential. Understanding of FTE, NHPPD, staffing ratios, and nursing/hospital services is beneficial.
