Workforce Solutions ConsultantThis entry-level position is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical ability and an interest in healthcare, technology, and consulting. You will play a key role in helping clients interpret workforce data, implement software solutions, and explore the financial and operational implications of workforce models.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Data Interpretation & Modelling: Analyze workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to support client decision-making and business case development.
- Software Implementation & Training: Assist with software rollouts, including configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
- Client Support & Engagement: Respond to queries, build relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Business Consulting: Contribute to financial and operational scenario modelling for clients.
- Documentation & Communication: Create user guides, training materials, and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with developers, consultants, and analysts to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and presentation.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proactive Customer-Focused Mindset: Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to Work Effectively with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resources, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Related Field: Advantageous but not essential.
- Interest or Background in Healthcare, Consulting, or Software: Strongly preferred.
