**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Officer to join our team at Regional Express Holdings Limited. As a Catering Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services at Melbourne Airport.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload aircraft with catering supplies, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Marshalling catering vehicles onto and away from aircraft, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Manage catering stock levels, receiving and storing supplies, and conducting regular stock counts and rotations.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including temperature recording, food preparation, and cleaning.
- Assist with daily GSE checks, refuelling, and reporting of unserviceability.
- Ensure the safety and security of all personnel on the aircraft apron, reporting any incidents or accidents.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to aviation security and safety.
**Requirements:**
- Previous airline experience is highly desirable.
- Able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and Airside Driver's Licence.
- Current driver's licence and MR licence (desirable).
- High standard of physical fitness and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a commitment to on-time performance and a high standard of customer service.
