Job Title: Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our aquatic centre. As a Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator, you will lead a team to provide outstanding service to current and prospective guests.

The Role:

  • Train and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide corrective action plans and work closely with the Centre Manager/National Guest Experience Manager.
  • Set and achieve new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.

About You:

  • Experience in sales and customer-facing environments.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on people development.
  • A solid understanding of business needs and processes.
  • Ability to motivate teams to reach targets.

Requirements:

  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
