That's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.About the roleThis position collaborates with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TAC's capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning and capability development programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business.The Senior Consultant will partner with Divisional Senior Leaders to drive strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development.This position will be aligned to the Best Client Outcomes Program of work and will build career and learning pathways across the client division with a focus on future capability requirements.
You will lead the strategy and implementation plan for the development of infrastructure and frameworks that support career progression and targeted capability development.About the TeamReporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division.
You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.What we're looking forSignificant experience in strategic capability developmentDemonstrated experience developing and executing a division or organisation-wide future-focused capability strategyPrevious experience building learning and career pathwaysProven experience designing and implementing frameworks and pathways that support targeted capability development and career progressionProject Management experience in establishing project plans, setting goals and tracking performance and impactsAdvanced communication and consulting skillsProven communication and consulting skills across a range of stakeholders, including developing communications material and plans, understanding stakeholder needs and managing stakeholder relationships in order to deliver tailored frameworks and programs which meet business needs.Previous experience working in an agile environments and applying iterative, human-centred approaches is highly desirable.Why you'll love it hereThere's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits .
