**Job Title:** Expert Learning Specialist

We are seeking an expert learning specialist to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the learning experience and culture across the business.

Job Description:

This position collaborates with the learning and development team members to design and deliver contemporary learning programs and interventions that drive strategically aligned investments.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to drive learning and development initiatives that enable individual, team and organisational growth.

This role will be part of a collaborative and supportive team who are passionate about delivering high-quality learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in strategic capability development and a proven track record of designing and implementing frameworks and pathways that support targeted capability development and career progression.

The role requires advanced communication and consulting skills, with the ability to develop communications material and plans, understand stakeholder needs and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in strategic capability development
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing division or organisation-wide future-focused capability strategies
  • Previous experience building learning and career pathways
  • Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks and pathways that support targeted capability development and career progression
  • Advanced communication and consulting skills
