Manage Operational and Strategic Risks
As part of the Risk and Audit team, you'll play a critical role in managing operational and strategic risks, supporting impactful outcomes for Australians.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate risk discussions and reviews, applying frameworks to identify and address risks.
- Analyse trends to mitigate risks, minimise exposure, and harness opportunities, including risk treatment plans and processes.
- Deliver training to build knowledge and tools across the organisation.
- Collaborate with assurance teams to manage shared risks effectively.
- Support the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) and contribute to stakeholder reporting.
- Prior experience within risk management.
- Strong experience in facilitating risk workshops and applying risk frameworks.
- Previous experience in risk reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working within the public sector or disability sector would be highly regarded.
