Job Overview

We are a leading EPC and solar solutions provider driving Australia's clean energy transition. Our company specialises in commercial and distributed utility-scale solar PV and battery storage systems, delivering tailored, technology-agnostic solutions that help businesses reduce energy costs and future-proof operations.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project origination and client engagement across solar and BESS projects up to 5MW. You will work across greenfield and brownfield opportunities, shaping proposals, managing RFPs, and building strong relationships with developers, asset owners, and industrial clients.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of five years' experience in solar PV/BESS sales or project origination
  2. An in-depth understanding of distributed utility-scale energy projects
  3. Proven ability to close deals and manage complex stakeholder relationships
  4. A strategic mindset with excellent communication and commercial acumen
