About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to fill a key position in our Client Services team as a Customer Experience Account Coordinator.

This role will involve supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer experience programs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring each program meets strategic goals and is completed as planned, on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the coordination of CX programs with internal stakeholders
  • Effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Program insights and progress tracking

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or communications (desired)
  • Previous experience working in retail, administration, or a client service role essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
