Job Title:

We are seeking a Fashion Designer who can drive our design direction and create captivating collections.

This role is responsible for maintaining close links with manufacturers, ensuring seamless handovers of developments, and communicating regularly with the Design Team to resolve critical design issues.

About This Opportunity:

  • Lead the design direction and create captivating collections for our brand
  • Maintain close links with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers of developments
  • Communicate regularly with the Design Team to resolve critical design issues
  • Select, develop, and source fabrications, colors, trims, etc., in line with company standards
  • Attend fit sessions and use technical ability to ensure best fit is achieved and approve final samples
  • Approve all details of final products in line with original design briefs
  • Understand and drive company-wide strategies and Objectives and Key Results

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Junior Designer / Designer roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion
  • Ability to time manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
