Creative Director

As a fashion design professional, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and developing captivating collections that meet high standards. You will work closely with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers of developments, collaborate with the design team to resolve critical design issues, and source materials, colours, trims etc. in line with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and commercial viability.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Source and select high-quality materials, trims, and other components to meet design specifications.
- Attend fit sessions and utilize technical expertise to ensure optimal fit is achieved and approve final samples.
- Understand and drive business-wide strategies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a junior designer or equivalent role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
