The Role We're Looking For

As a Fashion Designer at MESHKI, you will play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life.

Working closely with our Design, Production and Merchandising teams, you will support the end-to-end design process to ensure our collections remain aligned with our aesthetic and wider market trends.

Please include an up-to-date portfolio showcasing your recent design work and CADs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design pieces for seasonal collections from initial research and concept through to final product.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour and emerging fashion movements to inform the design direction.
  • Create mood boards, colour palettes and concept sketches to support the development of cohesive collection stories.
  • Partner with production and garment tech teams to ensure samples meet our quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, production and marketing teams to ensure designs align with commercial goals and customer demand.
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and work closely with garment technicians to translate designs accurately into final garments.
  • Assist with fabric and trim selection considering quality, cost and suitability.
  • Conduct fittings and support the refinement of designs to ensure strong fit and final finish.
  • Ensure all designs meet our quality standards and timelines.
  • Support the integration of sustainable design practices and materials where possible.
What We're Looking For In You
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in Fashion Design within contemporary or fashion-forward brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.
  • Strong creative eye and ability to interpret trends into commercially on-brand designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality and fit.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
