Creative Fashion Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our design team. This role is responsible for shaping the seasonal product direction, delivering cohesive collections that balance creativity and commerciality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong creative point of view, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate global trends into our aesthetic while respecting heritage.
- Develop seasonal design direction across colour, fabric, silhouette, and print.
- Lead the development of capsule collections and collaborations.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure storytelling reflects our design direction and positioning.
- Champion responsible and intelligent design that reinforces quality and longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
The Creative Director will work closely with the Product & Sourcing Manager to align design decisions with margin, sourcing, and production goals. They will also research and translate global trends, fabrics, and design innovation into our aesthetic.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in womenswear design, ideally with denim and cut'n'sew expertise.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to deliver cohesive seasonal collections from concept to customer.
- Strong fabric knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
