Creative Lead

Lead the design direction and create captivating collections in line with our brand standards.
- Maintain close links with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers of developments, including accurate and completed technical packs submitted within timelines.
- Communicate regularly with the Design Team to resolve critical design issues or developments when required.
- Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims, etc., in line with company standards.
- Attend fit sessions and ensure best fit is achieved, approving final samples with the Graphic Technician.
- Approve all details of final products in line with original design briefs.
- Understand and drive company-wide strategies and objectives, including key results.
- Participate in range planning meetings to balance styling, colour, and fabrications.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Junior Designer/Designer roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
- Ability to time manage workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop advantageous.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
