Coastal and Maritime Structures Professional

We are seeking experienced engineers to provide technical leadership and expertise for our growing program of work.

This role is open to applicants across various locations, particularly those in coastal regions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of coastal infrastructure including jetties, marinas, wharves, boat ramps, breakwaters, seawalls, revetments, and other coastal protection structures.
  • Act as a Project Manager for small to large scale projects and lead client engagement.
  • Contribute to a diverse range of coastal and offshore projects working with coastal engineers, mechanical engineers, oceanographers, environmental scientists, naval architects, GIS specialists, and approvals experts.
  • Be a technical leader in maritime structures, conducting internal reviews, and contributing to template development and workflows.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Support proposal writing and business development, and contribute to customer relationship management.
