Finance Leader Opportunity

This is an exciting position for a seasoned Finance professional to lead the team in delivering strategic financial plans and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, provide regular financial reporting, and make informed decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly close process of project revenue and margin, providing summary information for the management team and Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Business Operations to ensure accurate project revenue and cost of sales data.
  • Assist the Finance team in preparing quarterly forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including analysis and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights on business performance.
  • Identify inconsistencies in financial data and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive financial experience in a multinational business environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, research capabilities, and overall business acumen.
  • Solid project management and business consulting skills.
  • Ability to influence and inspire across global teams.
