  • The Controller will oversee daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, cash management, and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Oversee department operations, including accounts receivable, revenue, accounts payable, inventory, cash disbursements, expense reimbursements, journal entries, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Review cash projections and monitor incoming/outgoing cash for optimal financial positioning.
  • Analyze and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual variances in general ledger accounts.

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and strategic thinking to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Accounting or related field preferred; CPA certification is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles, with a focus on financial analysis and leadership.
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous, but not required.
