Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role involves coordinating and supervising store refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, signage upgrades, and store relays as part of our national store upgrade program across NSW and QLD.



Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise store refurbishment, fit-out, relocation, and related projects from planning through to completion.
  • Act as the central point of contact and record-keeping for store maintenance requests; triage issues and coordinate solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Prepare project schedules, confirm manufacturing and delivery lead-times, obtain quotes as required, and oversee key project KPIs to deliver on time.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.


Requirements
  • Proven project coordination or management experience, ideally in retail, hardware/trade, or hospitality environments.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time and to high standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and be on-site for extended periods during project delivery.
