Key Responsibilities:
  • We provide case management with the support of a close-knit team of Rehabilitation Assistants.
  • Through our Vocational Assessments, we apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes and prevent injuries.
  • We collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal results.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with physical and psychological conditions as they return to health and work. You will enjoy flexibility and autonomy in managing your day, backed by a global infrastructure and a multidisciplinary team who are knowledgeable, collaborative, and supportive.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • General or Provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC Membership.
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
