Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client goals and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Work collaboratively with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to implement rehabilitation strategies.
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote safe working practices.
- Provide guidance and support to clients to help them achieve independence and employment readiness.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
- Full ASORC Membership.
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
