Occupational Rehabilitation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist.
This is a full-time role that requires collaboration with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to provide tailored support and services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct Vocational Assessments and injury prevention services such as mental health training, EAP services, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Adjustment to Injury Counselling
- Work across various schemes including workers compensation, third-party insurance, DVA, and employer-funded programs
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration or full ASORC Membership
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion
