We operate the largest Travel Retail business in the Pacific, boasting 150+ stores across Australia, New Zealand, and Noumea.

The Role:

As a Site Manager at Sydney Airport, you will drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across multiple locations. This includes a mix of Relay and LEGO store concepts.

You will lead a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and growing your teams; managing store operations and performance; driving sales through strong leadership and goal setting; building a positive team culture; collaborating cross-functionally; and ensuring visual and presentation standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment (ideally as a multi-site manager or large format store)
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and empower team members
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights, and weekends)
