Job Description

The Regional Airports Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across Star's regional airports. This position is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to drive the delivery of scorecard targets, including safety, operations performance, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, operations performance, and employee engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including airlines, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with airport operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record as an exceptional leader in the aviation industry
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering scorecard results in complex operating environments
  • Proven stakeholder engagement management experience to establish strong partnerships and maximize customer advocacy
  • Safety-first mindset, with experience in managing risk and working within an established safety management system
  • Effective time management skills to manage multiple priorities while delivering the best outcomes for the business
