Lead Field Services Capability Developer

A pivotal role in shaping the future of field services.
This senior position is responsible for driving strategic capability development initiatives, collaborating with leadership to identify skill gaps, and designing comprehensive capability programs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in learning and development, strong project management skills, and a background in instructional design and competency frameworks, ideally within operational environments.
They should be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A relevant degree and professional certifications are highly desirable.
