About the Role

A&L Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Generalist to join our team in Dandenong South. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, and transitions, as well as day-to-day human resource management.
  • Contribute to employee relations and industrial relations, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
  • Provide guidance on Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and annual labour budget planning/forecasting processes.
  • Develop engagement, retention, and absenteeism strategies to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements for driving organizational direction, strategy, and action.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative culture through open, fair, and transparent decision making and ethical professional behavior.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated generalist knowledge and practical experience in HR.
  • Experience working in a Blue-Collar HR Business Partner role.
  • Global, multi-national, or complex organizational experience.
  • A strategic approach to all aspects of HR, with the vision to partner with stakeholders, staff, and external parties while being hands-on in all aspects of the role.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
